Bios

Meg White is a certified personal trainer with over 15 years working in the fitness industry. She takes a body-positive, inclusive approach to health and wellness.

This perspective allows her to foster an inclusive space where our community is able to strengthen their mind-body connection, and their relationship with realistic healthy habits.

Meg’s approach includes programs that are geared toward body longevity, in a fun and inviting environment - and a community that is safe and enjoyable for all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

Dr. Ar’neka is a rehab Chiropractor, myofascial specialist, movement expert, and co-founder of Resilient Spine. She earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic as well as her Masters in Sports Exercise Science from Life University where she also worked as a sports chiropractor for their athletic program. She believes that moms are athletes. From the ones who bend over to pick up their kids to the ones that attend fitness classes with their friends. Moms should train for everyday life. Her passion is to help women move better, feel better and build resilience to live their best lives and do all the things they want to do!



Heather Woodford is a licensed clinical social worker (mental health therapist), and a certified sex educator. She takes a social justice-centered approach to mental health. In all her work, she brings with her a passion for inclusion and positivity for ALL bodies, healthy relationships, and creating consent culture.


Heather believes that magic happens in small groups, and can't wait to connect with you through the Wellness Action Program!

Kenniya is an intuitive massage therapist with a genuine respect for the human body and all our unique differences. Kinnya has over 5 years of experience. She got her certification from the National Holistic institute and is licensed with the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC #87653). Kenniya specializes in swedish, deep tissue, reflexology and prenatal techniques. Kenniya takes a trauma informed approach to creating a comfortable space for all bodies. She has experience ranging from infants to seniors, she also works with individuals with varying developmental and intellectual abilities, and individuals struggling with their mental well-being. She strives to take a team approach to health by working with and complimenting work done by OTs, Personal Trainers, Physical Therapist, Chiropractors and other bodywork professionals in working with clients to meet their goals.

My name is Barbara Gowen and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes specialist who has a local Sacramento nutrition private practice called Nutrition For You. My focus in nutrition is towards providing a body positive, weight neutral, and non-diet approach towards client's goals, with gentle nutrition and fun and rewarding body movement. I am so passionate about supporting others in healing their relationship with food and finding peace and joy with eating in any stage of life or even with those suffering from chronic conditions. I am an evidence based dietitian who also honors a persons lived experience and autonomy first.

Cady Moore (she/her),  Master of Public Health(MPH), Comprehensive Sexuality Education(CSE) , is a queer, disabled, kinky, and polyamorous AASECT-certified sexuality educator, consultant, and coach. She empowers people to live their most pleasurable lives and is dedicated to perpetuating healthy and positive messages about sexuality. She specializes in vulvovaginal wellness, menstrual health, pleasure exploration and communication, and non-monogamous dating and relationships. For nearly a decade, Cady has been teaching groups of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. Follow Cady at @ageofsexploration. 

Adriana(Adri) Rodriguez she/ella is a therapist, podcaster, educator, and community builder whose work centers on generational healing and helping people break cycles without losing themselves in the process. She supports individuals, couples, and families in understanding their stories, tending to their emotional world, and making more intentional, values-aligned choices.


Rooted in a systems and culturally responsive approach, Adriana weaves mindfulness, self-awareness, and relational insight into everything she does. She is especially passionate about working with first-gen individuals and cycle breakers who are learning how to care for others without self-abandonment.


In her mindfulness spaces, Adri invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body, your emotions, and what you truly need.
