• 8:00–9:15 AM: Guided Hike
• 9:45–11:30 AM: Paddleboard or Kayak at Lake Natoma

Location: Nimbus Flat State Park & Sac State Aquatic Center

Cost:

• $10 cash only parking for early hikers (paid at self-pay box)
• Free parking at 9:45 AM CSUS Aquatic Center
• Equipment rental rates:
• Single Kayak: $15/hour
• Tandem Kayak: $20/hour
• Paddleboard: $18/hour

What to Bring:

• Water bottle
• Sunscreen
• Hat and sunglasses
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Sandals or water shoes for paddling
• Dry change of clothes
• Light snack
• Bug Spray
• Quarters For Locker
• Water resistant bag / waterproof phone case

Time: Mid-morning start (exact time will be shared with registrants)

Location: Velocity Island Park, Woodland, CA

Cost: Starting at $27.11

Post-Event Fun:
Plan to stay after to enjoy the beach area and grab lunch at the on-site restaurant. No outside food allowed.

• Swimsuit

• Card or cash for lunch or rentals

Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

 
Location: Lake Natoma, Nimbus Flat area

Cost: $10 State Park parking fee (paid at self-pay kiosk)

Activities Include:

• Wellness walk
• Arts and crafts
• Potluck picnic
• Chill time by the water
• Bring-your-own float gear for lakeside fun
• Games

What to Bring:

• Blanket or beach chair
• Floatation toys (tubes, mats, etc.)
• Dish or snack to share (optional but encouraged)
• Water and sun protection
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Creative spirit for crafts
• Umbrella
